Serving as a Bancroft Dorm Proctor allowed me to help build a supportive and inclusive residential community. I worked to create an environment where students felt heard, respected, and comfortable seeking support, while also upholding the shared expectations of dorm life with integrity and responsibility.

By connecting with residents, organising activities, and responding thoughtfully to challenges, I strengthened my leadership skills, empathy, and ability to handle difficult situations with care and sound judgement.
