West Quad North Cluster Co-President
| Phillips Academy Andover
Unlike my role as a Bancroft Dorm Proctor, which focused on supporting students within one residential community, this position allowed me to work across the wider cluster and represent the needs of both dorm and day students.
I worked closely with school leaders and student teams to strengthen communication, respond to student concerns, and build a more connected and inclusive cluster culture. I also co-led community events and initiatives that promoted belonging, well-being, and school spirit, while mentoring peers and supporting other student leaders.
This role taught me to think beyond individual relationships and consider the needs of a much larger community. It also strengthened my ability to balance advocacy with responsibility, particularly when contributing to accountability processes with fairness, empathy, and a focus on growth.
