Year 9 DT Enterprise Project Leader

I led a year-long enterprise project with a team of six, designing, producing, and selling a range of handmade products, from self-care items to crocheted accessories.

Through the initiative, we raised 33 million VND for the VinaCapital Foundation, helping support healthcare and education for underprivileged children in Vietnam. One of the most meaningful moments was meeting a four-year-old beneficiary with a congenital heart condition who had successfully undergone surgery and made a full recovery.

Seeing the direct impact of our work changed the way I understood leadership. I learned that it is not only about organising a team or managing a project, but also about turning collective effort into something that can make a real difference in someone’s life.
