As the Boys’ Varsity Volleyball Manager at Phillips Academy Andover, I was responsible for supporting the team’s daily operations before, during, and after practices and matches. My role included preparing equipment, coordinating game-day logistics, and assisting coaches and athletes to ensure every training session and competition could run efficiently.

This experience strengthened my ability to stay organized, communicate effectively with different members of the team, and pay close attention to details. More importantly, it taught me the value of reliability, adaptability, and contributing to a team’s success from behind the scenes.
